I purchased a battery from another company, but my laptop would shut down when battery was still over 80% still full, had my computer checked over to see if it had a fault, no problems found, so sent back for a replacement, still had same problem with second one, gave up and got my money back. Placed order on AsusBatteryStore website, battery arrived well packed, 2 dollars cheaper, and is working as it should giving a good working time off power.

Website was easy to use - good. Delivery was longer than I expected - OK. Price was acceptable - good. Worked and fitted first time - good. Reliability and longevity - no idea, not enough time to test that. Previous aftermarket battery lasted only 2 years, so the industry in general has something to make up.

Efficient. My battery was very well packaged and arrived in good time. I followed the instructions about charging and discharging a few times to get the best from the battery and it's working fine.

Recieved my laptop battery within a week, as advertised. Really impressed with the communication (although the emails went to my junk folder). Reasonable prices, would use AsusBatteryStore again!

The batteries are excellent, well made and almost identical to the originals.time will tell as to how long they last.I have dropped one star, because the delivery time was a fair bit longer than anticipated. Other wise great company and product.
