Excellent company. I ordered a C31N2021 battery for my Asus UX5400E. The battery arrived beautifully packaged and even came with a replacement tool (I didn't need it, but it was still a nice touch). After installation, the battery showed 60% charge. Powercfg /batteryreport showed a Design Capacity of 61,068 mWh and a Full Charge Capacity of 61,068 mWh. After charging, the Full Charge Capacity increased to 66,966 mWh. Everything has been working fine for a week now.
