Battery not holding charge, first week I had it. Battery holding charge between 5-6hrs, and is decrease to 4, 3,2, 1hours (unplug wall power). Wish you can recommend a better battery can hold charge for couple same as original battery.

The battery life is insane. My son's old laptop went from 45mins run time to and actual tested 6 HOURS. The fitment of the battery was just a bit snug, you could tell it was an after market battery. As long as the long term life of the battery holds up (ive had most aftermarket batteries die withing 2 years) i would definitely buy again.

When I installed the new battery(which arrived before the estimated delivery date), nothing happened. I followed all the trouble shooting suggestions. I called customer service and had trouble understanding the first technician I talked to. I asked for a supervisor who listened to my whole explanation and immediately said he would send a replacement. Of course I had to return the first battery. The second battery came quickly, installed and has been working fine.

So I got this very affordable replacement battery for my laptop. To be fair, I didn't expect anything super great. I wanted an inexpensive replacement for an older laptop. I got exactly what I expected.It worked for just about a year and then one cell failed - it happens. Customer Support send me a no cost replacement as soon as I let them know! No hassle at all.For the price, performance and GREAT customer service you can't do better than GHU.
